They do not take care of their employees, you cannot ask questions if that's your method of learning, they say they put the customers first but don't realize that their employees are who service the customers, every mistake like HIPAA is because management direct certain people to steal documents so that employee can be damage but forget to understand they are hearting the patient, and management create workplace drama to fear them instead of making a family to prevent customer complaint and HIPAA and also quality team work.

There is bullying and discrimination against certain groups of people. A certain department is run like a sorority with no regard to talent and experience but rather staff are selected based on their submissiveness. Talented people are not hired at the risk out out-shining those already in place. The mood is very tense despite attempts at giving the impression that everything is going well, the department's high turnover rate proves that to be untrue. Issues have been reported to executive management but problems continue to be swept under the rug while staff continues to find other employment. Retaliation is a huge problem for anyone that voices their concerns with mis-management, so staff have no other choice but to secure new employment and resign.
