      Pros

      I love the people that I work with on a daily basis. PTO is good. Local management team is great.

      Cons

      I don't trust "corporate". They don't remember what it's like to work on the front line. Everything they say looks great on paper but doesn't work in real life. They keep getting new systems that " make things more effecient" but at the same time, they cut down on the number of positions we are allowed to have.

      PTO Building clean Right off expressway easy to get to

      Cons

      Everything, from the Director in Addison who screams at her employees, to the HR department who only worries about engagement scores, to the manager who waste time reading books instead of helping this company will wear you down and make you mentally and physically exhausted
