      Stopped caring about patients, bottom line only

      Pay and benefits are ok, good clinical staff

      Cons

      Micromanage in every area. In house auditors that have absolutely nothing to do with requirements for regulatory agencies, basically a way to reduce bonuses. Punitive atmosphere, even telling people where to sit. Most importantly, patient service is down, missed deliveries and supplies. A former good company going way downhill.

      It’s a good job if your looking for experience

      Cons

      Low pay, management expectations of staff seem outlandish considering finite resources, benefits could be a lot better, there is high turnover and the duties of departed staff rollover to current staff creating burnout and more turnover, they have you work towards sales goals however rank and file staff never sees bonuses from meeting these goals. Raises were capped at 2.5%
