      I can not think of any.

      Cons

      Began working without sufficient training. Most employees are working more than 40 hours a week to keep up. Afraid to take time off because workload is too heavy. Constantly in Reactive mode. There are continuous problems and company is never proactive in seeing problems before they happen. Employees quit and leave company on a regular basis.

      Management does not manage their teams appropriately. They take so long to get back to you with any feed back. When they finally do its to tell you they need to talk to corporate or HR. Nothing is ever urgent or seem important if its not dealing with state or accrediting visitors. Pay is horrid, and ask for a raise its a waste of time. Turn over rage is discussing. Pharmacy needs to fit there act right in order to keep good employees
