      Literally the only good thing is the team you work with and the money. Management is horrible

      Pros

      Group potlucks, pays well, plenty of overtime, most of the team is very skilled at what they do

      Cons

      Overtime became mandatory, guilted into doing overtime, inappropriate relationships have no repercussions and one can be made lead tech because of it, negative reinforcement encouraged and not reprimanded, insulted when you cannot meet the insane workload requiring beyond 8 hours.

      I needed to get out of a toxic job so it worked for a while and I made good friends here.

      Cons

      Management doesnt care about what you think, they are robots who only care about making money. The job is constantly changing and they dont give you any help or resources to get through ut just expect you to do it on top of everything else thats expected of you. Oh and if you speak up about how you dont like something theyre doing expect to get chastised because they want everybody in line like the others, mindless robots who do their work for no extra money and dont say anything about it. I got myself into another toxic work environment.
