      Pros

      Some of the people were nice.

      Cons

      Over worked - They have you doing multiple dept's jobs for the same pay, People are so gossipy, No one is willing to help others, Management babies the RPH's and all the techs are expendable, Pitiful raises each year, Everyone quits so you're always understaffed, The list can go on and on.

      I really enjoy the people I work with. The schedule was 8:30am-5pm M-F. There is room for growth.

      I didn't properly train me and asked that I learned everything as I worked a referral.

      Horrible company to work for. Medical insurance and time off are terrible. Zero positive leadership.

      Schedule is good. M-F. Weekends off.

      Cons

      Management across the board is a dictatorship. They do not care about the people working there whatsoever. Management shows favoritism on a daily basis. If you try to voice your concerns you are either ignored, shut down or retaliated against. There is no regard for a positive and open communication of culture.
