We are a patient focused company and at the end of the day all of our efforts and hard work allow us to provide care to those who need it most. And it is much more rewarding to work hard when you can see results. The values and size of this company allow for just that! Not to mention my direct management who have been the best so far in my career!

Cons

Health care is ever changing so if you don't like constant change and progress then it may be a struggle.

None. Option Care is the worst company on the planet to work for.

It is chaotic, badly managed, and I feel sorry for any patient that uses their home infusion products, as the potential for mistakes are very high. The technicians are overworked, the pace is insane, with absolutely no consideration for the safety of the patients. Technician turnover is VERY high, they readily fire people for nothing, the training is NON-EXISTENT, you are expected to learn on your own. Any technician that leaves a job to come and work here.......you will regret it......there is no job security, and the pharmacists are mean as rattlesnakes. The culture is toxic with daily back stabbings. They have resorted to using staffing agencies to find people, because their reviews are universally terrible, regardless of the location so be careful. Avoid at all cost.
