      Good company but terrible management

      Pros

      Good benefits starting from day one.

      Cons

      Little to no training and expect to get thrown into multiple jobs with no training and then get scolded for doing things incorrectly. Poor management with lack of knowledge, some employees do all the work while others do. They have kicked out all legacy employees who knew the business and you are always looking over your shoulder as you might be the next. Toxic environment. Everyone lives in fear.

      Pros

      Leadership truly does care about patient care as well as growing business and making improvements. There are growth opportunities available if you put in the effort and there’s also a nice sense of collaboration and teamwork! It is a fast pace and there is no shortage of work to be done so it’s great if have the drive to succeed.

      Cons

      If you have a difficult time with changes and process improvements it may not be a fit. Having branches all over the country means that each one has its own culture and some of the directors in these centers are stronger leaders then others.
