Gives you good experience without a dull moment during the day I can’t think of any other pros in this place of business.

Cons

The employees are all backstabbers and are quick to blame others for their own mistakes. The environment in Milford Ohio is both toxic and demonic

NO TRAINING WHATSOEVER, THROWN TO THE WOLVES, cannot speak up or they throw it back in your face, lazy asisstant manager, hours taken away to give to per diems, no guarantee of hours, boss is nasty, assistant manager can always be found where the free food is, no organization, send nurse to wrong address, no supplies at patients' homes, no report, really bad benefits

I can't think of a single one anymore.

Cons

It's probably not the best work environment when you have to work off the clock just to get your job duties done. This includes coming in early/staying late. They won't approve the overtime so you have to work off the clock. Same with lunches. Lunches are a luxury that are usually missed as well, but they still force you to punch out for them. Favortism runs rampant and supervisors flirt with their favorites, those people are exempt from doing any actual work. Expect to get thrown into multiple jobs with no training and then get scolded for doing things incorrectly.
