      If you want to work by yourself without any supervision.

      Poor management, not enough training, bad communication between departments which causes a lot of extra work, and heavy work load which does not get done.

      Pros

      Very few pros, if any as far as the business is concerned. Taking care of the patients and spending time with them, was the only pro.

      Cons

      Management was the worst I'd ever had. VERY petty, lied, manipulative, brought home life to office and took it out on employees. Turnover is unbelievable.
