      In reality, they are not any pros I'm able to mention

      Worked for the NJ branch as a clinician and program manager for 5 years. Since the majority of stakes by Walgreens were sold to a Capital Management organization, the company has gone south. Poor management, extremely poorvcommunications, micromanaging, lack of strategic direction. Unacceptable working conditions like offices with mildew, licking ceilings and even bathrooms with no hot water. Not to mention the extremely poor healthcare benefits. Also if you quit do not provide them with the recommended 2 weeks notice. They will let you go prior to that without pay

      Work/Life Balance Good Work Environment My location seems to care for each member of team The location operations manager really cares for their location and team members Compensation as a pharmacy technician is probably the highest in the area

      Cons

      Corporate management says they are all about patient but all the new implementations seem to be all about the money Policies seem to be made by people who do not or have not practiced in healthcare. Inner-office communication is sometimes not a thing The culture and values in upper management are not there.

      Poor management, lack of knowledge, some employees do all the work while others do ??? unsure what they are doing.
