Good pay and some really great employees. The growth of the business has a great vision, the benefits are ok
Cons
Management needs to be replaced!!! The eagles and attitudes are childish and unnecessary it seem they are trained to destroy your life. You will have no future, no room for growth, incompetent leadership, they hire friends and family that will do exactly what they do "Nothing", phony and management gossip so much telling employees business and will set you up to fail or get fired. If you buy a car or house just know your job is on the line.. they bring their problems to work to make you just has miserable as their life at home.
