It is ran by micromanaging control freak tyrants. There is no opportunity for advancement unless you are on the favorite list. You are treated like you are in Junior High. Someone wrote that Management drank the Kool-Aid. its a fact and today it was announced that the CEO was asked to leave...... well, well, well isn't that interesting. Why are we all still here, because we are stuck in a cycle in a small community without opportunity to go somewhere that appreciates their employees. The pay is below average, the expectations are you do'nt need training and we will not give you any even if you beg. But we expect our profits to soar on your backs.
