Management does not know how to manage. Company was bought from Walgreens by a financial minded company, they are looking to squeeze out ever penny they can while caring for patients... which leaves the people doing the work behind

Terrible management. Supervisor and management are so disconnected from the staff they have no idea how over worked the technicians are. Very negative environment due to lack of management. Supervisor is more worried about the policies and procedures that she forgets about her staff. Hostile and toxic work environment. Managers like to bully staff.
