      Insurance, autonomy, time off, weekends

      Cons

      Weak attempts to bring technology but manager infighting and lack of teamwork prevent growth. Sales lagging because the staff spends their day shopping instead of building clients. The company is merging with Bioscrips and layoffs are coming to decrease the amount of severance payouts. Culture of fear makes people leave. Always have to look over your shoulder because people are fired for no reason.

      not many to name- a few great employees to work with.

      Cons

      Run badly from top down. Company does not care about patients or employees- just about money. Demands too much of employees' time - consistently more than 40hrs per week.

      Some people are nice. A lot of very qualified revenue cycle directors.

      Cons

      No strategy. Executive leadership is very reactive and not very strategic. Everything is aimed on short term results. Departments are extremely understaffed and are expected to do much more with much less. One of the worst EMRs I have ever seen.
