      Pros

      They provide the equipment you need to do your nursing job. They pay higher than many other home health agencies.

      Cons

      Disorganized, no communication, some of the management don't have time to help employees through changes in the computer or other systems. Poorly run orientation program. Full time does not mean 40 hours a week in the state of California. You might work as little as 16.
