Business Outlook
Pros
Great group of people. They offer flexibility in picking a shift to work. They offer about 20 different benefit packages to choose from so there's something for everyone! They give you the opportunity learn and grow.
Cons
It seems that there are always a few bad apples that drag teams down. There should be a 90 day probationary period where management can let someone go due to their inability to act mature and do their job. It seems most people here want to like their job and want to do a good job but the negative people act like a virus and won't stop. If you're a whiner, this isn't a good place to be.
