The company offers competitive pay, tries to embrace strong core values, and tries to foster a supportive team environment.

Cons

Alot. Management's responsiveness to concerns often comes too late, process management and implementation are incredibly challenging, there's a tendency to undervalue or dismiss employee contributions, and diversity seems to be an afterthought, sadly.
