Pharmacy technicians have many tech related job titles and pathways available. Multiple corporate related positions had their start as a pharmacy technician.

Cons

Any company is going to have it's challenges, considering the amount of employees there are. Overall communication is good, pay is on par with other comparable companies and people seem to enjoy their roles.
