      Pros

      This company values its employees, with a management team that actually listens and cares. Each member of your team, from upper management to nursing, to pharmacy, to warehouse is an integral component in making up the company’s core values. Great pay. Great benefits. It’s just an all-around great place to work.

      Cons

      The different departments could do better in working together and communicating in order to improve on some of the current processes within the organization.

      Poor management. Sales people are always pushing to add patients so they can meet bonuses. No one cares about the patients except pharmacists.
