Poor communication from company and local leaders, unrealistic expectations, little to no support from leaders, high employee turnover, unprofessional and toxic work environments, minimal support roles, pharmacy involvement in nursing operations, unprofessional senior-level leaders, and little to no support from Human Resources.

During interview, I was offered remote until further notice to go back into the office. However, first day of work was a total mess since I set my home to work from home. The office was not set up to initiate work. Lack of communication between management and employees.
