      The pay coming in was good until I noticed everyone doing the same job as me made way more!

      Cons

      Racist against against minorities. They don’t train you. You will not be doing anything in the job description that you signed up for. The supervisors and pharmacists harrass you.

      The benefits are good but the plans are expensive. Laid back team members.

      Lacks any process in software which leads to slow development. They think they can identify problems with time tracking tasks but it lowers employee morale. The return to office mandate has caused people to leave
