      Some amazing people work there. Pay is okay depending on position.

      The work load that is expected is UNREALISTIC. Toxicity in the branch is really just harassment at this point. Upper management will "totally agree" with you and then go behind your back and do the opposite. Corporate is a joke. They make employees work in unsafe and unsanitary work conditions. Even though it's a STERILE COMPOUNDING PHARMACY. I worked there a long time and it got worse year over year. If you choose to work here; don't expect greatness.

      Decent pay but no compensation for several hours worked outside of salaried hours

      Cons

      Every day people are expected to stay several hours past their scheduled shift to finish the work while management runs out of the door on time or early. During periods of stress (inventory issues, supply shortages, short holiday weeks) there is no plan in place and instead of leading the team management expects us to figure it out ourselves. Poor morale, unhappy staff, burn out.
