Pros

Great environment. The founders really care for their employees. Some bonus throughout the year. Get to really know the students. Great health care coverage!! Yearly reviews for pay increase.

Cons

Not much for position advancement unless you start teaching. A lot of new duties get put on the CC position. Not much else to complain about!

Great initial vision; yet high turnover and lack of followthrough/long term plans

Pros

Worked with caring people. Teamwork compared to many district schools was better here. Flexibility to personalize learning for students and to take initiatives and run with them.

Cons

Too many initiatives and not enough followthrough. High turnover.

Pros

Nice, friendly coworkers; autonomy; all employees carried their own weight; decent compensation and benefits.

Cons

They laid off an entire department with no warning, then had the nerve to send the laid-off employees Christmas cards over the holidays
