Pros

No teaching, not a lot of students

Cons

Salesman job, favoritisms, nepotism, clique, more work then job description, no help from HR. No support from higher ups. When voice your opinion or concerns you end up being black listed.

Pros

The pay and the benefits.

Cons

Everything else: the work load is horrible. There is an expectation that you WILL work overtime, but you don't always get overtime pay.

Pros

Fellow teachers were really nice and pay was competitive.

Cons

They were at a crossroads and chose to invest in online learning instead of career and technical education training, which is a mistake and disservice to the population of students they serve. They are just trying to make as much money off the students as possible and don't really care if they learn. That's why they continued to shorten direct instruction classes and ask everyone to take on more independent study students.
