Thank you for writing your review. You paint an accurate picture of what working at OptionsCity entails. You point out a number of things we do well and some things that may still require improvement. I think that your suggestion around ensure that the entire team understand Why we are doing something, in addition to the What, is very good. The planning we do and communicate at the beginning of the year, the focus areas we set and publicize for each quarter, as well the various townhalls/huddles and internal updates are some steps we have taken to ensure engagement and transparency. The information presented in this review is false, and the facts on the ground (the actual employee counts, etc.) clearly show that. We are more than willing and able to share the numbers with any interested current employee or new hire. The tone and type of claims included in this review, which were found in a couple of other previous ones, make it clear that they are coming from the same seemingly disgruntled person. If we are dealing with a current or previous employee, you are well aware on how easy it is to reach members of the management team so that we can discuss the real issue and see what we can do to help.
