Every day I am surrounded by incredibly intelligent security leaders and top tier technical talent. Benefits and salary are highly competitive with other employers. The culture and environment is business in the front, party in the back. Optiv has also experienced relatively little attrition after the merger of two large players in the space which speaks for itself.If Optiv maintains their nimbleness and forward momentum they will continue to be a major player in the security space.

At any other company you can go your entire career and never see the level of complex projects that i have seen, the opportunities at Optiv are tremendous, and to truly be the expert, not just to be perceived as an expert but to have a command of the technologies that most will never have, and to have the vendors and clients come to us for solutions to difficult problems, while no one starts out as an expert, it is through the continuous training, standardized methodology (some technologies are more complete than others), building new methodologies, and consistent execution that we bring that builds the consultants capability.
