Great learning opportunity on how to play politics and hone suck up skills to get new leadership to like you. Wonderful experience on how to look for another job while working full time.

Cons

So many talented people have left the company since new C Suite leadership arrived in the past 2 years. Corporate values sound good (they did to me as well) but are just lip service. No diversity or inclusion. If you have an opinion keep it to yourself and do as you're told.

Great people I worked with and I thought I had a solid position.

Cons

Recent re-org (layoff) in the pre-sales side makes it seem like they are more worried about expansion in India, Canada, and Europe than they are in the US. My team made our quota and then some, however they still disrupted all the momentum we had going for us in our region. Very sad to see and be a part of that. They make you feel like a valued person, but the way they handled this re-org, really layoff, made people feel like a number and undervalued. However I made a lot of relationships with major clients through this position that I value tremendously. Keep this up Optiv and you will be just another VAR.

The new cViso's are clueless. They spend more time bullying and passing the buck than getting content fixed and training their resources. Prone to eliminate talent based on personal feelings instead of performance.
