      Great location and nice building

      Cons

      Lots of middle management turnover, most people have only been there one year or less which is weird because what happened to all the people before that, and it felt uncomfortable being a new person because there seems to be cliques everywhere. I did not feel welcomed and it was hard to be in the office because everyone looked at me like I had two heads everyday.

      Pros

      The company has a good message and strong desire to fit into a much needed space in the industry.

      Cons

      The company isn't paying it's resources the proper amount to compete with the companies it claims to be "on par with." Thus leading to a lack of actual differentiation and a schizophrenic message for it's salesforce.
