Pros

Colleagues are great to work with, and mid-management do all they can to help you be successful. Unlimited PTO, and ability to work remote.

Cons

Drastically changing culture is contributing to massive attrition, which is really unfortunate as really great people are leaving the organization. Employees are now seen as an "expense" instead of assets to the company. For being a large company, the health coverage is outrageous.

It's a job that has some potential for moving around internally if you're lucky.

Cons

Bad upper management. Quick turnover rate amongst employees. Terrible communication between departments, with a "that is not my job" attitude which leaves many important tasks having to be scrambled over for last minute completion.
