Pros

Strong exposure to enterprise security tooling and real-world incidents. The work itself can be technically interesting, and teammates are generally knowledgeable and collaborative.

Cons

Analysts are assigned to multiple clients simultaneously (AFC), each with separate SLAs, creating constant context switching and workload strain. Compensation and staffing levels do not always reflect the scope of responsibility, and clients are not always aware their monitoring is shared across SOC teams.

Great comp plan (although healthcare benefits could be better).

Cons

Lip service from leadership with no real action. Promoting the wrong leadership. Turning the company into a no-value reseller. Service capabilities dwindling. Poor support from executive team. Concerning financial position. Terrible work-life balance. So many layoffs, that everyone is overworked, burnt out, and edgy.
