- Good compensation. -Unlimited PTO - Fair benefits pricing. - 100% remote. - Good work balance (on managed services teams).

Cons

-Layoffs occur without notice. -No job security, although they will promise there is. -Clients frequently do not renew contracts. -Clients frequently question the value they’re receiving. -You will never talk to anyone outside of your own team. -Mangers don’t really do anything except filter and communicate messages from their managers.

There is a lot of pressure placed on you with weekly forecasts and too many internal meetings along with a shotgun approach to every new fad that comes out. My biggest issue was the lack of management support.w
