      Don't bother, this is an awful company.

      Pros

      Nothing really good to say. Nothing at all they say when they hire you, they get you in the door, it's awful.

      Cons

      Micro manage, pick you apart. You will have no self esteem when you leave. Worst company I've worked for in all my career of 30 years.

      I found my calling and I get to work with great people!

      Pros

      I get to work with great people that are always willing to show me new things. I feel like I am growing with the company each day and coming to work is something I actually look forward to! Each day is different and made even better by the people that I get to work with.

      Cons

      There really isn't anything that I can complain about, I know the company is small and feel it will drastically improve as it grows.
