The training staff are absolutely wonderful! They answered all questions without hesitation and valued employees.

Cons

Staring at a screen full time can be a little straining on the eyes but truly no cons in my opinion.

Cons

I was part of the merger from CHC to Optum in the middle of the cyber attack. Optum has been very slow to get us back up and coding.
