Pros

Good about hybrid work culture, cab facility, HR management is awesome and package is ok. No bonuses effective from 2025 yr. QVC model 4 qts per year introduced based on monthly performance.

Cons

Work pressure is high micro-management Only few leaders are talented there Difficult to get leadership role (Not fair IJP happens, favoritism is high) Very arrogant managers and supervisors we'll see, no soft skills training they underwent
