Bad management

Pros

Working remote and set schedule

Cons

Have to be on camera & chat responses are questioned for time. I didn't like stopping in the middle of working to chat just because the system issues and you want to see if I'm working.

Pros

You can say you work for United Health a huge corporation

Cons

You are treated disrespectfully, so-called managers are not coders, they will end your job with no notice, they are as cold as ice but pretend to care, their computer system micromanages your every move or non-move.
