Pros

Lots of paid time off.

Cons

Unrealistic goals, terrible account that they put you on if you are doing well in quality and productivity, but they don’t like you. Gaslighting from QA and upper management. They watch every move you make and some upper management puts the statistics in unequivocal ratios, so it always looks like you’re not doing your job. They treat employees like children. High turnover rate in management. You start to feel like things are starting to look up and then an inexperienced and under qualified manager comes in and messes everything up. I’ve had both really bad and really great supervisors. The bad ones don’t get held accountable for their actions. The great ones get burnout trying to deal with all of the weird stuff going on and trying to keep their coders happy.
