Pros

Flextime, PTO, remote work, nothing else to brag about

Cons

PAY is an absolute disgrace, it’s repulsive, the amount of work and time you put in and the pay is so below average-management is a joke and you’re treated like a child, advancement is non existent unless your buddies with someone in an upper level spot- it’s a joke
