Micromanagement. Management does not know how to talk to people. Very unprofessional, most lack advanced education that would teach management and leadership skills. HR does nothing even when the turnover rate should tell them there is a problem. Disorganized. Cut throat and back stabbing goes on daily in leadership. Dismissive attitudes.
