Pros

Benefits are about average. For a large very profitable health insurance firm you would expect cheap premiums and lower deductibles. Annual performance evaluations are subjective.

Cons

Pros

Very nice culture. People are very open and ready to help you. Very relax culture. Ability to work from home at any time provide great work/life balance. Great ESPP and ok 401k plan. 4 weeks of PTO

Cons

Leadership lacks IT knowledge, which creates a lot 'busy work'. Also you will feel that there is no goal to the project or that you work on insignificant or not very valuable projects. Also, it feels that there is a lot of office politics upstairs.
