Pros

Good cafeteria, engaged managers, relatively quiet working environment

Cons

Very little opportunity for upward mobility unless you change to another dept., constant change with little direction/"just make it work" mentality, little regard for work/life balance during implementation season, LOTS of corporate buzzspeak, salary increase and bonuses are laughable (and I always got very high marks come review time)

Pros

I have yet to see any perks of this company, my company was acquired by UHG so I did not join by choice, I am actively seeking employment elsewhere, it is miserable here.

Cons

Health Benefits are horrible and expensive Pay - not great Too much red tape - no one knows the answers to anything, finding out how to order basic supplies such as paper takes 3 weeks - very incompetent people UHG is notorious for "buying up" smaller companies, then they treat them like garbage.
