They give you all this responsibility, no pay raise for additional work from other departments, favoritism, lack of communication from supervisor and managers, left hand dont know what the right hand is doing. The director dont know when to say ENOUGH is enough. He takes on all this work not knowing if his staff can actually handle it. New hires come in making more money than the advocates already there!

Everything from upper management to cleaning staff. I worked in the Business Office for a while. The office was dirty and the desk were broken. There were mice and roaches and when a complaint was made to management they blamed it on the staff and refused to do anything about it. The work was unevenly spread out. For people that were liked they were able to do the least amount of work and get paid more. Whereas, the new employees did more work and was paid less. Also, the Managers are all in it together. If one Manager puts out a bad word about you, the possibilities of you going to another department are not in your favor.
