Good overall. This is an inhouse company. I love the environment and benefits. Has HMO effective Day 1. They offer retirement plan as well.

Cons

The salary could have been better. Sometimes i feel that I am being on prio while some are just chilling. It made me feel as if I did not want to be a performer. Tolerable. Not that bad. Still better than most call center companies.
