Pros
Full kitchen was offered in my facility. Bathrooms were always kept clean. Most of my coworkers are sweet and compassionate.
Cons
Management takes absolute no ownership of team performance and always passes the buck downhill. There is no support from upper management while working in a subordinate role. Work loads are often the amount of two people, while little to no time to complete tasks is offered. Management often fails to document requirements and creates moving targets that subordinates can never achieve. Company stresses quality, but does not work to correct mistakes until customer is left upset and unsatisfied by work created.
