NO PROS Totally absurd management!

Cons

Low salary! and I did not even get my last pay. I still have a remaining salary that they held up against me and they never gave it!! 20 days of unpaid service. The manager allowed me for an immediate resignation which means that I do not have to render a 30-day notice.. which means that it should not be taken against me.. plus they have delayed my salary for a month already for which I cannot take anymore because the management is already totally disgusting!!Additional tasks that is no longer on the job description and not on the contract. NOT EVEN an extra pay for overtime hours!! They did not give me my back pay , they did not pay the 20 days that I worked for and they are even laughing about it! HR told me that I should even pay them for not rendering another 30 days of free service. I am just so glad that I have already left the company.. Being there for a year is like losing half of my life!!!!
