The company has so much potential and tons of employees that are willing to help them get there. They offer tons of employee programs and offer great benefits.
Cons
Be prepared to swift and change every quarter. The company changes its mind on the drop of a dime. They've done several layoffs and will continue to do more. They say they redeploy candidates back into the workforce. However it's not as true as they make is seem. In their layoffs they have lost phenomenonal employees and could careless. Also during layoffs they treat you like a nuisance and something to be rid of.
