Pros
Give. You clients that are higher LOC.. Management is terrible. Take cases they don’t have trained staff for. Pay was horrible. They will rarely support therapist over client complaint due to their need for Kaiser referrals. I had more suicidal and psychotic clients without adequate support. They terminated my manager. Put a red termination notice next to her picture as no rehire. Very punitive model. Terrible, unprofessional. company. Good coworkers.

Therapist beware! There really is nothing good to say about this company. I was personally told they record your session and gad a supervisor “accidentally” jump in on one of my sessions. She was probably 20.
