Pros

N/A -they just did layoffs, cut annual raises and increased job duties. Nothing positive to say, currently.

Cons

They don’t even match the cost of living increase with the annual raises- they offered employees 1-1.5% annual raises (thought it was literally a joke at first). executives are still taking huge bonuses though.

No loyalty

Pros

Worked with some very talented dedicated hard working people.

Cons

No loyalty to their employees. Will lay you off even performing at top tier based on all your years of service, bc you landed in the wrong side of a spreadsheet with a new manager who doesn’t even know you.

Informal business model for large company

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Benefits and salaries are average for the industry. Healthcare options are lacking, especially for a healthcare company.

Cons

Company is very large resulting in mismanagement of resources. Poor leadership team with individual political agendas prevent efficient and secure systems development and oversite. Most leaders do not maintain industry standard credentials. Antiquated technology and lack of processes result in inefficient workflows and progress. Lack of clearly defined roles and responsibilities for leaders and staff enables poor performers (including many on leadership teams) to skate by without adding value. IT and Data Secirity uses a ‘trust model’ which puts data at risk.
