Pros

Salaries can be competitive - you get a paycheck

Cons

Large organization with a focus on financial results before patient care. Core values are not what you will experience

Buys up companies and guts them

Pros

There are great people to work with closely on your team

Cons

Leadership is horrible, buys up companies and lays people off left and right making it impossible to get work done well. Constantly just saying a whole lot of nothing in our ears about well being and synergy.

Pros

My group has great supportive team members and management Ability to take PTO including urgent as needed to support family Interesting work Ability to work from home All above differ substantially from group to group

Cons

Low raises and last year no raise. Bonuses were also cut in half from previous year and fewer people received them even while the company prints money and senior leaders keep their share Things move slow until it's urgent then you see 20-50 people on a call dealing with the issue Low level leadership has accountability with limited if any actual say, Most decisions come from 'above' and we have to figure out how to message it and deal with the fallout at the lower levels
