Pros

Ability to work remotely. Wasn't micro-managed.

Cons

Bought our company and moved Billing staff under the Refresh RCM. I went two years without a raise. Still feel underpaid. Now they're updating everyone to the Athena EHR and basically outsourcing billing jobs. We're just left to clean up the old system until there's no work left for us to do.

Pros

Onboarding and training was great. Some direct supervisors are very knowledgeable and manage well.

Cons

Most of the Supervisors are pulled from the outside and don’t know the job duties. Micro management is a direct result. Morale declines due to stress from being micromanaged and the turnover rate increases. Annual increases are max 2%. Don’t fall for the trap of the recruitment team’s best offer.
